Minutes of Special Parish Meeting of April 15, 2007

Article 1: To act upon the recommendation of the Parish Committee to paint the Church.

Bill Heenehan moved to enter contracts not to exceed $45,000 for the painting of the Church. Florence Mercer seconded. A brief question and answer period followed, and the motion carried.

Article 2: To act upon the recommendation of the Parish Committee to hire a Ministerial Intern.

Annie Madden moved to enter a contract for $15,500 to hire a Ministerial Intern. Anne Verret-Speck seconded. Annie presented a brief history of the project and expressed hope that the motion would pass. The motion carried.

Article 3: To accept the minutes of the Special Meeting of the Congregation, January 21, 2007.

Judy Shivik, Parish Clerk, summarized the minutes of the January 21st meeting. A motion to accept was moved and seconded. The motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:50 A.M.
