3/1	Renderings of interior and exterior spaces complete
3/4	Approval to move forward with design to construction drawings for estimating purposes. Delay in this date will result in delays in having final estimates for May Annual Meeting
3/16	Canvass Brochure Complete
3/17 – 5/18	Ongoing Communications Efforts

4/1	Construction Drawings complete, estimating begun
