Bylaw changes will be presented to the membership at the Annual Meeting on May 21, 2017. These changes are being suggested by the Parish Board to bring us into alignment with best practices. In this two-year period of transition we are reflecting on many of our practices, and getting them in order for a new settled ministry.
The Governance Committee is holding two after-church forums to present these proposed changes to you for your feedback. We want you to understand our intent and give you the opportunity to ask questions and give your opinions. These forums will be held on March 26 and April 2, 2017. If you can’t make one, hopefully you can make another. They will take place right after church upstairs in the Parish Hall. You can read the proposed changes and our current Constitution and Bylaws in preparation for these meetings.
