The FRS Business Administrator (BA) has key responsibility for managing the business affairs of the church and works with the Minister, church members and staff to achieve the church’s mission. The Business Administrator must demonstrate skills in financial administration; personnel, facilities and stewardship (fundraising) management; and must be open to professional growth with our dynamic congregation. The BA is primarily responsible for getting things done in the day-to-day operations of the church. The BA is expected to participate in many decision making activities affecting the operations of the church, and works in partnership with the Office Administrator and Sexton as part of an eight-member professional team.
The ideal candidate will not be a member of the First Religious Society of Newburyport.
