Program Council

The Program Council coordinates the programs and activities within the church community. The purpose of the Program Council is to promote communication, collaboration, and celebration among church programs and groups, the Parish Board, and the congregational community to better serve the church’s vision and mission.

The Program Council consists of representatives of currently active programs and groups and is facilitated by two co-chairs, elected for a one-year term at the last Program Council meeting of the church year. One co-chair shall be a member of the Parish Board. The Program Council maintains a list of all programs and groups through a self-registration process.

Registration: All programs and groups must fill out a registration form annually before the first meeting in September. New programs and groups must fill out a registration form at the time of formation

Planning: Programs and groups are asked to send their events, including meeting times and singular fund-raising events, to the Program Council chairs with the subject line EVENT. Email: chair.program.council@frsuu.org. Program Council chairs will review submitted events for potential conflict.
