The issues of white supremacy and racism remain central points in our national debate and have, indeed, become issues within Unitarian Universalism itself. Where do we stand as individuals? As a community? What are our unspoken and unrecognized attitudes towards those who are different from ourselves? How are we influenced by our history?
It's time to sit down and have these conversations in our community. A Racial Justice Task Force is forming to plan and facilitate this process. If you are interested in being part of this effort, please join us on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 6:30pm in the Lower Meeting House.
