Friday, April 19, Mission-Vision Consultant Suggestions Due
This fall the congregation will embark on an all-church process to create an updated mission (“Where are we going?”) and vision (“What shall we be?”) that will frame our agenda for the next several years.
We, the congregation, will be working together to understand where and who we are now, and to discern our future intentions and ambitions.
To prepare and help us establish a successful framework for this process, the mission-vision team needs to engage an outside consultant with proven approaches to working in true collaboration with every member of our congregation and who has a commitment to working with an equity lens.
FRS friends or members are welcome to suggest potential consultant(s) to help our Beloved Community achieve an updated mission-vision by May 2020. Email your suggestions to Tom Himmel by Friday, April 19.
