September is National Recovery Month
Addiction comes in many forms and touches all of our lives.
Sunday’s service (September 15) lifts up the reality of addiction in its many forms and honors the hope and power of recovery.
You are invited before service to place a heart or hearts on available boards in the vestibule to represent the people in your life who struggle or have struggled with addiction.
Place a heart for each person whether this be a coworker, friend, loved one, relative or yourself.
Hearts can represent people living and dead as well as people who are in active addiction, relapse and recovery.
Whoever you are,
