A new Worship Associates Team is for people who love worship and understand its significance in our church life. We are looking for six to eight people who will meet monthly to discuss services and sign up to serve as an associate for services. There will be one Worship Associate who is a part of the service each Sunday. Training will be provided on all aspects of worship and delivery.
There will be three-year terms on this team. To start, we will be looking for folks who can serve one, two or three years. The ideal group will represent the diversity of our congregation and all that entails. We are looking for a youth member. Please email Rev. Rebecca if you are interested.
This will not replace the Worship Committee, which will continue the good work they do including coordinating chalice lighters, Journeys of Faith, locating and working with Guest Speakers, and handling other scheduling and housekeeping details.
