Balance!
Balance changes as we age. Stable balance is important in avoiding falls, protecting independence, boosting confidence, and maintaining mobility, which improves our overall health. Learn how balance is assessed and strategies to improve yours. Brooke Knickles, a physical therapist assistant at Holmes Physical Therapy, will address these topics and more. In addition to her current work, Brooke has worked in rehab and skilled nursing facilities.
