Sunday, November 9, Sanctuary, 10:30-11:30am with livestream on YouTube. Join us for this special worship service where we recognize new church members. Following worship there will be lunch and an intergenerational activity led by Mara Flynn.

Experience elements of the world religions, including our Christian roots and humanism. Find inspiration in choral and instrumental music (including organ), congregational singing, a time for children, readings, an offering, and meditative silence. Hear a sermon on social justice, spirituality, dealing with life’s challenges, or other issues. We may celebrate a holiday, act out a skit, or hold a coming-of-age ceremony. Services are usually followed by a 30-minute fellowship gathering or a monthly Justice Sunday program.

Sunday, December 21, Sanctuary, 7pm. Join us for this annual service, a Newburyport tradition since 1925. Anthems and carols for the season will be sung by the Candlelight Chorale, augmented by readings that celebrate the magic of Christmas. Join in on familiar congregational songs for Christmas, accompanied by brass and organ.
