Presented by Exploring Elderhood Together on Thursday, January 16 from 1-2:30pm with Guest Speaker Ree Coleman, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and more. Join us as we explore the connection between movement and brain health. We’ll start with a short video of Dr. Sanjay Gupta, author of many books, including Keep Sharp: Build a Better Brain at Any Age. Ree Coleman, guest speaker, will focus us on movement. She will teach us gentle exercises that can be done sitting or standing. Ree is a certified Kundalini Yoga, specializing in Eyes On Yoga combining yoga with the Bates Method Vision Improvement, as well as Brain Gym to coordinate eyes with brain and body for greater balance.
