Stewardship All Hands Meeting – Tuesday, Sept. 17, Lower Meeting House, 7pm
Do you want to help create new ways to encourage full participation and joyful giving? This year we are separating fund-raising from the Finance Committee and trying a new approach. We will be creating a Stewardship Team which will take responsibility for our various fund-raising programs – the Annual Pledge, the Raffle, Planned Giving (Legacy Circle) and other activities. Our goal is to create an effective culture of joyful generosity in support of the existing programs and the aspirations of our Beloved Community. If you are interested in learning more about this new approach, please come meet with us at 7pm on Sept. 17. If you are interested in helping/participating/leading Stewardship activities, this is the kick-off meeting. Do you have ideas for improving our approach? All are welcome. If you’ve been a canvasser or have been involved in other FRS fund raising we need your input and ideas.
