Plan to sign up now for this seven-week course that meets Sundays, 5-6:30pm (one exception: no session on Dec. 21; that session will meet on Saturday Dec. 20). Join long-time FRS member David Turner to learn Unified Mindfulness, a secular form of meditation with clear terminology and rigorous precision around concepts and procedures. UM is a support structure that any individual at any stage of a meditation practice can rely on to go deeper in their insight. Just ten minutes a day is all you need to start enjoying the benefits that a mindfulness practice will bring into your life. Session themes include “How to Relax and Recharge with Mindfulness”, “Getting in the Zone and Going with the Flow”, and “Applying Mindfulness to Inner Opportunities and Obstacles”. This course is limited to six participants. Participants must be able to commit to attending at least six of the seven sessions.
