We’d like to welcome newcomers to our church this Sunday morning, March 1, at our Welcome Tea with Rev. Rebecca. This will be your chance to get to know our beloved community, ask your questions and meet others within the church community.

We’ll meet in the Lower Meeting House at 8:45am for tea and tea breads, spend some time getting to know one another and finding out ways to engage in the church community. We’ll end in time for Sunday worship service for people who would like to attend. Members of our Newcomer Ministry Team will also be on hand. Please RSVP online by Friday, Feb. 27. This will be our last newcomer welcome tea for this church year.

We welcome everyone who wants to become a member of

First Religious Society Unitarian Universalist.

Members are committed to furthering their spiritual development, engaging in the life of our community through program participation or volunteering, and by making a financial contribution meaningful to them. Becoming a member allows you to you cast your vote on issues related to budgets, mission and vision, and strategic directions of the church.

Our members are our church.

Though we have membership rituals a few times each year, the formal act of becoming a member is done when you sign our membership book, which can be done at any time.

If you are ready to become a member now, Rev. Rebecca would welcome a chance to meet with you and witness your signing of the book. Email her to make an appointment.

RSVP for all or any of the events by registering online.
