Beginning Hatha Yoga
An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, repeating until February 14, 2026
Saturdays, January 10 – February 14, Hayward Room, 9-10am. (Setup from 8:30-9am)
This is a beginning class focused on turning stress into resilience, offered by Pamela Erickson, RYT 200, and a lifelong educator. The classes are free, however, 50% of any donations (optional) will go to the church. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel or small blanket, and water with them.
