    Join FRS member and LICSW Woman Cooper on Wednesdays at 10am for a brief period of mid-week relaxation and renewal. Each 30-minute session will include a guided visualization and reflection on questions around where we hold stress and how we can release it. Prompts or questions are provided as we listen multiple times to one poem a week.     Friday, May 1, Salisbury Beach State Reservation, 6:45pm. This service honoring Rev. Rebecca and our shared ministry will be led by Rev. Jane and Joanna Fernandes with kundalini yoga teacher Sally Cote. Look for the FRSUU greeter at the beach path head. Please bring a small stone, crystal, shell, or similar small token (or come early to select one from the beach). We will bless these items in ritual and collectively gift them to Rev. Rebecca. Please also bring a beach blanket or chair to sit. Sally will lead us in meditation. You are invited to linger under the full moon in community after the service. In the event of inclement weather, we will meet under the gazebo next to Lot 1. Take State Reservation Rd. to the end and park in Lot 1 (last parking lot on the left). Beach Access R1. No registration required. All ages welcome.
