First Thursdays beginning October 2, LMH Nursery/Conf Room, 6-7:30pm. January 1 session moved to January 8. Join Rev. Laurel for an informal monthly conversation in which we ponder the mysteries of life’s big questions. What is evil? Is goodness inherent? What happens when we die? Bring your questions and your curiosity.

Saturdays, January 10 - February 14, Hayward Room, 9-10am. (Setup from 8:30-9am) This is a beginning class focused on turning stress into resilience, offered by Pamela Erickson, RYT 200, and a lifelong educator. The classes are free, however, 50% of any donations (optional) will go to the church. Participants should bring a yoga mat, towel or small blanket, and water with them. Second Sundays starting September 14, LMH Room A, 9:30-10:30am
Sundays, Sanctuary, 10:30-11:30am with livestream on YouTube. Join us for worship from the Sunday after Labor Day through late spring. Experience elements of the world religions, including our Christian roots and humanism. Find inspiration in choral and instrumental music (including organ), congregational singing, a time for children, readings, an offering, and meditative silence. Hear a sermon on social justice, spirituality, dealing with life’s challenges, or other issues. We may celebrate a holiday, act out a skit, or hold a coming-of-age ceremony. Services are usually followed by a 30-minute fellowship gathering or a monthly Justice Sunday program.

Sunday, January 11, Parish Hall, noon. Join our Addictions Ministry Team, along with special guests Tim and Kat, who will share some of their experience, strength, and hope and then open the floor for questions and discussion.
2nd and 4th Mondays, LMH Room A, 11am-12:30pm. This group is for those who have a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment of some type of dementia. The group offers members an opportunity to share with others who are facing this-life limiting diagnosis. Members are able to be vulnerable and open about the many challenges they face, as well as their adaptive coping mechanisms. This is facilitated by Nancy Kidd, LICSW; Rev.
