As a follow-up to last month’s program on Random Acts of Connection, we invite you to continue the conversation on making connections to others in our lives.  Come share your thoughts on why these connections are so important, what barriers we might encounter and ways to overcome those barriers.  Research shows that social connection is good for our brains and hearts and protects us from stress.

You need not to have attended our previous program to join us.
