Sunday, April 19, Parish Hall 1st Floor, 11:30am-1pm. The Justice Sunday potluck, immediately following the service, will be for church attendees. After a free public event at 1pm in the Sanctuary, we will have a reception in the Parish Hall, open to the public, with beverages and light snacks and tables for local farmers to promote their farms and produce.

Monday, April 27, Parish Hall 1st Floor, 6-7:30pm. Join us for a celebration of all our justice work over these last eight years with Rev. Rebecca.
2nd and 4th Tuesdays, April 14 and 28, May 12 and 26, June 9 and 23, LMH Main Room, 6:30-8pm. The April 28 gathering will be held in the Parish Hall. Mystic Circles is a gathering of individuals who have interest in sharing and affirming their own experiences of the Divine, the holy, and the Sacred, and worshiping together. We are very diverse from the perspective of religious/spiritual backgrounds and orientations. We share a commitment to staying open to mystery. Mysticism is about an attitude of receptivity. Throughout the ages, mystics have sought union with the Divine—with God (however you define God)—through a variety of spiritual practices. Mysticism is not about a set of beliefs or dogma; rather it is about the felt experience of longing for union with the Holy and of belonging to something larger than yourself. Sometimes mystical moments can be about ordinary experiences of awe and wonder. In Mystic Circles we bear witness to one another’s experiences, share our questions, and create embodied worship practices. No previous experience with mysticism is required. Wednesday, April 29, Parish Hall 1st Floor, 5:30-7pm. A celebratory potluck for the Support and Care Ministries, including Pastoral Care Associates, Parish Friends, Addictions Ministry Team, Caregiver Support Group, and Grief Support Group.
Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2, Parish Hall 1st Floor, 9am-4pm. Are you aware of what triggers tension for you? Do you know how tension impacts your health and well-being? Are you aware of how your triggered reactions are experienced in your body, moods, thoughts, and behaviors? Most importantly, do you know how to transform a reactively tense state into one of reflective response and improved self-agency? Wellness Works from the Inside Out is an evidence-based program that provides specific approaches to reduce harmful levels of stress hormones and methods that stimulate restorative hormones. This course was developed four decades ago by Matthew Budd, MD, and Roberta Colasanti, MSW, LICSW, at the formerly known Harvard Community Health Plan, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. To register, email roberta@colasantiassociates.com. No fee attend this course. The only cost is to purchase the book, You Are What You Say, by Dr. Budd; there will be a few free used copies available on a first come, first served basis.
