Exploring Elderhood Together: Have a S.E.A.T.!

FRSUU’s Nancy McCarthy will lead us in a set of functional fitness moves. Functional fitness focuses on replicating movements that you do every day. Nancy’s program can all be done seated. Join us for some movement and socialization to follow. Nancy McCarthy has been active in the fitness world for over 30 years. She is the former co-owner of Natural High Fitness at the Tannery. Recently, she became certified as a Supported Exercise for Ageless Training (S.E.A.T) instructor.
