    Sunday, August 30, First Congregational Society Unitarian Church, 10 am with livestream on YouTube. What Is Ours to Do Now? Led by Rev. Jane Tuohy. We live in a time of wars and the plague of division and scapegoating. While it is understandable to feel powerless, we are not. We have access to spiritual practices which, through the ages, have guided our ancestors as they too navigated the perils of war and hatred unbound. We each can be forces for good. In this service, we will explore perspectives and practices from different faith traditions that we can use for our own equanimity and to bring forth our own light and help others find theirs. Rev. Jane continues the long tradition of an FRSUU minister preaching at First Congregational Society UU in Hampton Falls on the last Sunday of each August.

    Join FRS member and LICSW Woman Cooper on Wednesdays at 10am for a brief period of mid-week relaxation and renewal. Each 30-minute session will include a guided visualization and reflection on questions around where we hold stress and how we can release it.
