This is an evening not to be missed.
This will be a fun social evening of fellowship for the congregation where we will raise some money but also generate many more community building events and activities through the experiences that are auctioned.
Have an experience to auction? Think about what you love to do or do well and how you might share that with others. Do you have a special place to share?
Some ideas to get you dreaming:
- group meals or parties
- vacations or excursions
- cooking/art/music lessons
Donor forms are available online or at the office and coffee hour. These can be left at the front desk or emailed to email@example.com by April 10.
Volunteer sign up sheets will be at coffee hour or contact Sarah at the email above.
Silent Auction begins at 5:30pm with appetizers. Dinner is at 6:30 and Live Auction begins at 7pm. We will pull the Dinner for Two Anywhere in the World Raffle tickets at the end of the Live Auction.
Tickets are available at Coffee Hour, the church office, or mail in your reservations ($25 per person). This includes a marvelous dinner, beverages, dessert and coffee/tea.
Reservations are required.
Tickets are not available at the door.
