Volunteer for April 20!
On a recent Saturday, a band of intrepid FRS members picked up their hammers and joined in building a Habitat home in Salisbury. Regardless of the winter chill, this merry group enjoyed the sun, the fellowship, and the progress in building what will ultimately be seven homes owned by families who qualify for the Habitat home ownership mission. To join your fellow FRS members, sign up for the next FRS Habitat building day, Saturday, April 20. Reserve your spot by sending an email to FRSHabitat@gmail.org. Say you are happy to commit to FRS Habitat on April 20. Then make sure you arrive at the site, 22 Old County Road, Salisbury, by 9am. When you sign up, a volunteer will get back to you with all the details and the answers to any questions you may have.
By April 20, we will be well into our New England version of spring, so do not hesitate to sign up and show up. The next build date for FRS Habitat will be in June. Then we will join together on the same Saturday each month going forward. Sign up for our April 20 build so that you don’t have to wait until June to experience the joy of this good work!
